For general inquiries or comments, please fill out the form below and our staff will reply as soon as possible, during office hours. For emergency needs for current clients, please call the direct line (located in your client portal) to contact Marisol.
If you are inquiring about midwifery services for yourself, please include the following in the comment section of the form below:
- Your due date or the first day of your last menstrual period
- Your address (to help us determine if you are within the area our midwife serves, or who to refer you to)
- Number of pregnancies, and specifics such as complications of previous pregnancies, c-sections, or miscarriages
- Referral source, if any
